SVN commit 7142 by makc: Remove cmake predefined cflags for Debug and Release build profiles, so cmake will use system CFLAGS. RelWithDebInfo and MinSizeRel profiles are leaved unchanged. If you want to use them just set CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE to corresponding profile.
