Another minor annoyance that I'd like to report. If I put two (or more) entries into StaticServers config line in kdmrc, then I get the following issue. Two X servers and KDM login dialogs start up, VT is automatically switched to one of them, there is no problem here. I then press for example Ctrl+Alt+F10 and switch to the second KDM dialog, it looks exactly like the first one, cursor is blinking in the login name entry field, but if I type anything it doesn't get into the field. I have to explicitly click that field with mouse and only then I can type something in.
Just for clarity. The issue is only with the non-default/non-first X session. The issue is that the login name field should have input focus, and it does look like having a focus (blinking cursor), but it doesn't receive any input.
