[kde-freebsd] KDE + FreeBSD = freeze screen until mouse move

I have started kde4.2. And very often all screen content freezes _until i move mouse_. If mouse moves all work well and fast. But, for example, i type text in console and the text does not appear until i move mouse!
Does any body have suggestions?

PS
FreeBSD 7.1, GeForce 9800GT, Intel Core i7, NVidia FreeBSD Display Driver – x86 Version: 180.22. All port and packages are latest.
