I recently adopted the GraphicsMagick port and mistakenly created a PR to upgrade to v1.2.3 without realizing the impact to dependent ports. I apologize for any inconvenience that caused you. I am working with FreeBSD committers to fix the problem, and I have requested that the graphics/GraphicsMagick port revert to its previous 1.1.12 version. I also requested a repocopy to create graphics/GraphicsMagick12 where I will place the new bits for the GraphicsMagick 1.2.x branch.
