Downgrade postgresql-libpqxx to version 2.6.7 (you can use sysutils/portdowngrade to do this rather quickly) or deinstall postgresql-libpqxx completely and manually hack the koffice port Makefile to not depend on it. The last update to postgresql-libpqxx broke API compatibility and thus kexi/koffice. I've already contacted the kexi developers and I'm waiting for fixes.
