REVISION SUMMARY Even though it indicates VI mode vs Normal mode clicking it only toggles Insert vs Replace. Add the input methods into its context menu. TEST PLAN Accidentally enabled VI mode and couldn't figure out how to exit it (found the modes buried in the Edit mode), didn't find a quick way where I expected it.
