generating emoticon themes from emoji fonts

Hi,

Is there a tool that can be used to generate themes for KEmoticons from TTF 
fonts like Apple Colour Emoji or even "mixed" fonts like Segoe UI Symbol, 
preferably with a selectable resolution/size for the generated images?
