No I don't, and I wonder if that's not the reason why I'm having the issue. One
of the parties doesn't send a mime type, and thus the receiving end thinks it's
just getting garbage back and thus that it cannot satisfy the help query?
I've ran the 5.20.0 and 5.22.0 ioslaves/help directories through kompare but
didn't see anything

I cannot duplicate that; my KF5 stuff is in a parallel prefix (/opt/local)
which has the KF5 konqueror branch installed. So I'm seeing
