Seems like fallout of https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kuserfeedback/-/
merge_requests/65, ie. another case of MRs not doing CD builds and the 
subsequent CD failure then not being handled.

https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/ci-utilities/-/merge_requests/432 tries to 
reduce that risk a bit going forward.
