Hi, Uwe.

I tried a patch. It works on my system (Fedora 19).
But I would like to see another way to resolve this task. I think will be good 
if will be a some way to define the plugins which will be compiled (not plugins 
which will NOT be compiled). 

It can be vars (BUILD_OSSL_PLUGIN=ON), or single list var 
(BUILD_PLUGINS=ossl,nss,botan,...). I prefer list var.
