Hi,

I increased the version number of e-c-m from 0.0.2 to 0.0.3.
kdelibs still requires 0.0.2, so if you don't do anything special, it will
continue to use the e-c-m you have already installed.

If you update e-c-m from git AND remove your previous e-c-m installation, then
you get the new one, but there shouldn't be a reason to do this.

0.0.3 has now most of the stuff from FindKDE4Internal.cmake modularized into 3
files, KDEInstallDirs.cmake, KDECompilerSettings.cmake and
KDECMakeSettings.cmake. All three are used by ECMQtFramework.cmake.
It all should just work, only a bit better than before.
I tested it for itemmodels.

Stephen, please give it also a try.

Once we have seen that I really didn't introduce bugs, then we should increase
the required version to 0.0.3, cmake will then automatically search for the
new version, no need to delete anything.

Alex
