KHelpCenter French with all English pages.
KHelpCenter has not been able to display translated docsmessages for years now.
KHelpCenter can only display the document categories as translated, but every
page remains English, even when the pages are 100% translated in the SVN.
I've tested this under Archlinux:
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.83.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
I personally use Simplified Chinese (zh_CN), but I was unable to make any other
locale work either.
I remember to have reported a similar bug in 2018, but I was unable to find
that bug in "My Bugs" list.
