Here are two options missing from the documentation, from what I can see
with Plasma 5.18.5 (translated from French - my regional setting):
Multi-screen behaviour:
[ ] Active screen follows the mouse
[ ] Separate screens focus
These options are not the ones I was looking for however... I'm still
wondering /why/ new windows (i.e. launched applications) keep opening on
my external display, while my laptop screen is currently set as the
primary display... I guess some option allows to modify this behaviour,
but I don't know which one :)
