- Change default adjustment to `largeChange`, [⇧] uses `smallChange` for fine
tuning
- Numerous miscellaneous changes per reviewer comments, including:
- Condensed adjustment calculations to use `+=`
- Reverted help text box to match original layout
- Revised docbook entry for clarity and consistency
