An old kdelibs updates problem.
Please add the entity to your locale's user.entities here:
https://projects.kde.org/projects/frameworks/kdoctools/repository/revisions/master/changes/src/customization/nl/user.entities
then put the file into /usr/share/kf5/kdoctools/customization/nl/
or just replace the entity with <productname>&kde; Plasma
Pulseaudio</productname> (or an appropriate translation).

P.S. Besides this trouble, plasma-pa is in the wrong place: it should be
in /kcontrol and install the file into kcontrol... Now it is not even
installable/packaged due to the developer's attitude to our help system.
