Install Translation Toolkit (python-translate package in Mandriva). 2. Copy all files from /usr/share/lokalize/scripts to ~./kde4/share/apps/lokalize/scripts (or ~./kde/share/apps/lokalize/scripts, depends on your distribution). 3. Open lokalize window. 4. Create project with Project->New project wizard 5. Follow the instructions from manual (choose "Translate file", "Latin" vs. "English", etc.). Works for me here. FAQ: 1.
