I'm updating the documentation with the new KDE translations for Catalan
UserBase and I think a link is incorrect - the page has been deleted.
Into: kdebase-runtime/onlinehelp.po
This link not exist:

As a tip change to:
<ulink url="http://userbase.kde.org/Welcome_to_KDE_UserBase";>UserBase</ulink>
