Let's have a close look at this one. You see to create new templates you have
to put a shortcut in the location /usr/share/templates/.source and a .desktop
file there as well to be able to use that template. Basically all the koffice
templates are shortcuts to empty files placed in that location. So what's being
said above is right (IMHO). Therefore closing this one. Thanks.
