[kde-doc-english] Missing MenuBars & ToolBars in KWord

I have just upgraded from Slackware Linux 12.1 to 13.0 with the concomitant 
version of KDE. I am trying desperately to find the MenuBars and ToolBars.
I've read through the Help.It tells me how to use them but it doesn't tell me 
how to find them. Ithink there's a bug.
It sure ain't KDE 3.5.9!
