Hi, KDE has registered for this year’s Open Source Promotion Plan (OSPP), a regionally focused initiative (China) designed to support open source communities, akin to GSoC.
We hereby invite the community to submit your ideas for OSPP 2025. https://community.kde.org/OSPP/2025/Ideas Deadline to do is *Sunday, May 04, 2025*. We encourage the creation of proposals aimed at enhancing the Chinese localization experience of KDE Gear. Your ideas may encompass coding tasks, documentation authoring, translation efforts, or similar contributions. However, due to Program restrictions, all contributions must be version-controlled via Git. Additionally, the OSPP Program places emphasis on optimizations, adaptations, and improvements targeting the RISC-V platform. You are welcome to explore creative solutions in this direction as well. All community members are welcome to submit ideas. If you have an idea, make sure that your project maintainer is aware of your intentions. If not, do not add the project there. For more information see <https://community.kde.org/OSPP>. We recommend you to read this page before submitting an idea, as there are some differences between OSPP and SoK/GSoC.
