Couldn't we have a shorter support cycle for Spectacle 24.12? I'd rather have a short support cycle for 24.12 than a 2 month gap between 24.12 and 6.4, assuming 6.4 releases in June. Ultimately, we'll need to make the choice to have a gap or a short support cycle no matter when which version of Plasma we target since Plasma releases are offset from Gear releases by 2 months. I also don't think there will be any particularly risky changes in Spectacle between now and the 6.3 beta release (2025-01-09).
