I haven't seen konsole crash in a very long time, but I did notice the
duplicate shortcut registration on my Steam Deck recently for Copy (Ctrl
+ Shift + C).

- splits are registering the same shortcut for actions so when you
hit, eg, ctrl shift v, a message appears "more than one shortcut
registered", but if you try again, it might work.
(randomly disabling actions or the actions for a different pane)
- crash when triggering a right click / copy menu item as if the
action has been deleted (but theres no deletion code on konsole itself)
need help figuring this out :)
