I have editbugs power on bugs.kde.org, but cannot edit the Importance field or mark a bug as CLOSED on bugstest.kde.org. I appear to have the new normal permissions.

Please note that bugstest.kde.org's email capability is disabled, so you won't be able to create an account or reset your password if you are unable to login.
