The "master" branch of konversation is ported to Qt5+KF5 libraries. Either switch to the "1.5" branch (which is still based on Qt4+kdelibs4) or install the missing -dev packages for all errors you get. How to install the missing -dev packages you best ask in a forum of your distribution, as the names can differ between them.
