Hello Praneeth, thanks for writing. There are two major ways into bug-fixing -- what bothers you? Appearance or functionality -- find a bug report to see what has already been done to fix, build the necessary application, desktop or framework(s) from source, then seek out the bugged code, fix, and submit to reviewboard. Another way: You love everything about ::fill-the-blank:: except that one missing bit. Talk to the other developers about your idea to make ::fill-the-blank:: better, and then do it, staying in touch with the other developers on the list, IRC and RB. Of course, you can always just look at Junior Jobs to see what's easy for you, and waiting: http://kde.org/jj The more you use KDE software, the more you will see where your interest lies, and where you can have the most fun contributing.
