If there's a branch name, then that's the branch where the porting effort is taking place. The columns show the status of the porting effort (whether it is on a branch or on master doesn't matter). We release what's in master though, so for Applications 15.12 to have the port of these applications the frameworks or kf5 or whatnot branches will need to be merged to master before Applications 15.12 dependency freeze which is Thursday November 11th.
