Neither had I the time to commit the new kf5-* ports to our dedicated macports-kde repository up to now, because everything is still in a somewhat experimental state. I was able to build every framework, but I couldn’t successfully run an application based on the libs successfully until now. (For instance kate built, but didn’t run.) If anyone is seriously interested in testing this, I am willing to invest an hour within the next few days and upload my work for inspection. So, after all it seems that KF5 will become reality on MacPorts soonish! :-D Greets, Marko P.S.: I have not read anything further in this thread, because I am on the run now.
