Hi,
I've just posted on forum.kde.org something that I found a real problem in the
way KDE can be seen and understand by the public.
Please read it here, it's not meant to be rude but to start (or restart?) the
discussion:
https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=292&t=128247
I'll be happy to help on this (with the means I'm disposing of).
IMOH, it's urgent to do something about this, because however I love KDE and
I'm using it everyday, I think we have a poor showcase...
Please be critics about what I wrote too, because I have an opinion, it
doesn't mean I'm right.
I answered there.
Please note that an email like this, with no indication *at all* about the
issue, does not push people to read it (I guess that most people skipped it).
A brief summary of the content of the forum discussion (i.e. information and
presentation on the website) would have helped.
Ciao
Hi,
I discussed with tosky, who told me the same: it was clumsy of me to put
it this way. The discussion was quite interesting: I answered on the
framework what came out of this (in my mind I mean: it doesn't try to
reflect tosky's opinion).
I hope it could help somehow, even if my way of presenting it wasn't so
good.
Cheers,
Olivier
