no, not if you have many thousands of tracks and listen to a dozens of genres depending on your current mood - there are a ton of songs i sometimes don't listen for months but they are at the same moment all time favorites over decades
anyways i control my ratings and music with a self written PHP application and a MySQL backend controlling MPD....
