You are right about the screenshots but this is the point on which we still have to work a lot =D...

We are know adding the project on the candidate page and will add screenshots in a few time (when it'll be a little prettier...)

Hey!

We began last year to write a program to manage a video collection. For
now, it's hosted on Github and we are only 2 people working on it. We
realize that if we code this just the both of us we will miss a lot of
(good) advices from others and we may end with an unsustainable code.
We think of KDE community as an amazing and inspiring group from witch
we can learn a lot. Besides, we think our project as a useful tool for
movie collection management that could enrich KDE apps. So we would need
a mentor and some...guideline for the beginning of the process.

It's a little long below.... We tried to describe the state of the art
honestly.
We hope it will work!
Where are teh screenshots? ;)

About the Macaw-Movies
======================
   * Macaw-Movies is written in C++ with the Qt Framework (5.4)
   * It is written for Linux/Mac/Windows (developed with Linux, and
compiles and works also on Mac/Windows)

   * Our github is https://github.com/macaw-movies
   * We began a blog https://macawmovies.wordpress.com to try to be more
visible.
   * We have a logo =D

How far is the project from a release
=====================================
   * All the most important functions are written
   * We have a first acceptable design (to be improved, though)
   * The documentation is for now almost nonexistent but we since the
core seems to be stable, we are going to write it (a draft) in the next
few weeks.. Maybe a first v0.1 could be released on the end of april?

How clean is the project?
==========================
   * We tried to follow rules we found on Google projects, KDE and so on.
   * Not enough documentation, still some black magic here and there.

Cheers!
