I'd bet "echo $KF5" is empty, ie. $KF5 not defined. FYI: you can copy and paste text from konsole (rather than sending around screenshots, which will lower response counts) and it's not recommended to operate/build as root. You can leverage privilegues for installation only. Cheers, Thomas
