Hi,

I am new to KDE and want to be able to contribute by developing the KDE
software. I want to go through the tutorials on the website :
https://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials
to gain an understanding of the KDE libraries but am unsure where to
start. I already know C++ and Qt and will be using Qt Creator as my IDE.
Where can i find the kde libraries to include when im going through the
tutorials? because i have been looking through different documentation but
cant find steps on how to simply obtain the libraries so i can start using
them. I have seen the instructions on code to add to the .pro file but
where do i get the libraries in the first place?

p.s Should i be using windows or a virutal machine for creating KDE
software? and if i should use my virtual machine, is there a .tar file or
something i can open?

Many Thanks
