Agreed.

Besides DrKonqi for crashes, we also have KBugReport (see [1]).
Currently we only either support bugzilla, or plain old mail. If an 
application developer wants to receive bug reports in a different way, 
a custom bug reporting dialog is needed.

Additions to support other methods here are also welcomed.
