Hi all, my name is Elvis.

A while ago I started a little project consisting in a simple stopwatch
application. The main motivation was to introduce myself to Qt developing,
but due to the lack of a similar software in KDE (to the best of my
knowledge, at least),I thought to develop this project in order to make a
"complete" application for KDE, an application that I'd like to share with
the community.

The result is Kronometer:
https://github.com/elvisangelaccio/kronometer
http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=162829

In my opinion, it would be very nice to add Kronometer in the official KDE
repository, maybe under the "kdeutils" section.

However, I'm not sure about the steps required to publish new software on
the KDE repos.
I'm following this guide:
http://techbase.kde.org/Contribute/Get_a_Contributor_Account

Actually I've created the accounts on {identity | bugs}.kde.org, and now
I'm in the step "apply for a developer account", and here starts my doubts:

1) Can I apply even if I have never worked with a KDE team? The apply form
requires me to "indicate which teams/people you have worked with".
2) Once my application succeeds, what are the following steps? Who should I
contact to ask permission for add Kronometer to (e.g.) kdeutils repo?

Thank you all in advance, and please tell me if I've done something wrong.
