What I'd really like to see is for the "Do you want to overwrite" dialogues to come up before any files are copied, so it scans the directory first for any directories and files which have the same name, and prompts the user to confirm the actions on all of them before copying anything.
I'm sure we've all walked away from a computer copying a large amount of files, only to find out when we come back that it's been waiting for us to respond to a prompt for the last twenty minutes.
