The fix is simply adding the application/x-msdownload MIME type to
libarchive_readonly plugin information. I can make Ark 23.08.5 open
3440_Input_Driver_3W45C_WN32_19.0.9.4_A00.EXE linked above using
s,application/x-source-rpm,application/x-msdownload,
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/kerfuffle/kerfuffle_libarchive_readonly.so
to change an existing MIME type of the same length to that string.
