Are you saying that is it impossible for Wayland™ to have a centered window
with an offset? And it was double-impossible to pad a window with a transparent
area to imitate the offset? Pardon me, but I kinda doubt it. Why was Plasma
shell ported to some other shell that doesn't do things that Plasma is supposed
to be able to?
