SUMMARY
I have 2 widgets on my desktop, CPU usage and Memory usage. When restarting,
their sizes will reset.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add widget to desktop
2. Resize it to its smallest
3. Restart
4. Observe as it is now bigger
OBSERVED RESULT
Widget becomes bigger
EXPECTED RESULT
For the widget size to stay
