SUMMARY: applet does not adjust screen brightness on middle button scroll.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place mouse cursor over applet;
2. Scroll with middle mouse button.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT: Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT: Screen brightness increases, or decreases, showing the value
between 0 and 100.
