Details:
When opening any app, there is a loading animation in its icon in the taskbar.
If you open a second window of the same app, there is no loading animation on
the icon
Can confirm with git-master
Open Firefox with KRunner - click on Firefox - loading animation shown
Open it a second time from the menu - new Firefox window is shown but no
loading animation
What *does* happen is a dot appears under the icon, indicating there is more
than one window
This happens with any application I launch
This may be intentional behavior. I'll let the developers more familiar with
this behavior clarify
