SUMMARY
I updated from 8.4.0 to 8.5.0 running "digiKam-8.5.0-Qt5-Win64.exe".
It looks like the de-install and the install went fine,
but starting digiKam up now only leads to a blank white screen.
The window title shows the digiKam icon and has the title "digiKam", but then
there are only the windows controls (minimize, window mode, close)
I can see that there are some components on this empty screen, because the
mouse pointer indicates that there are some controls, but the only thing I can
(or want to) do is closing the app.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update from 8.4.0 to 8.5.0 running "digiKam-8.5.0-Qt5-Win64.exe".
2. Start up digiKam
