SUMMARY
Using the slider in the systemsettings (power management) has no effect. On
both my computers. Both have only one screen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move slider in systemsettings power management module of the systemsettings
to change screen brightness and apply new settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing changes
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen brightness changes
