It's really not possible for me to do that as the error doesn't tell me which
program it's complaining about. I'm not sure what's happening or what is
causing it, but it is an issue. 

My point was "If Dolphin can show an error about the missing flatpak files it
should also prompt the user to install", essentially that would be a way of
fixing the issue without having to track down the exact program that is
responsible.
