The Position and Zoom effect has its own issues with compositing, and I
strongly recommend to use the Transform effect instead.

The new examples you uploaded play fine in my browser (Firefox on Pop!_OS 22.04
LTS). No unsightly flickering.

Your animation of the Offset Y parameter from 0 to -3 and back to 0 a few times
reveals the black background (with our without rotation), and I guess based on
your computer's resolution causes the flickering.
