OBSERVED RESULT/EXPECTED RESULT
At system startup, log in/log out, the panel shrinks into a small cube. I must
enter the edit mode to correct it. Attached a screenshot of it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a panel with 'Icons-Only Task Manager' and maybe with 'Application
Launcher'.
2. Restart system to see the bug.
