I agree with your feature request to be able to hide all video tracks, or mute
all audio tracks. It could work similarly to the feature of collapsing all
tracks of the same type by Shift+click on the collapse icon in the track
header.

The Toggle All Tracks Active feature is important for three-point-editing as it
specifies the target for the editing operation. It is not to be confused with
active for rendering or hidden.
