SUMMARY
on a lot of distribution (see reddit link) the 'get new global themes' give
"all categories missing" error popup.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open "system setting"
2. goto "apparence" (first choice)
3. goto "global themes"
4. goto "download new themes"
got popup message "all categories missing"
no more result, have to close the system setting to receive the same message.
