SUMMARY
When trying to maximize the window, the blur is disabled and then it gets back
to normal after a second.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to appearance's tab in the profile's settings
2. Edit the current color scheme
3. Set the background transparency to any value
4. Enable blur
3. Try maximizing or "de-maximizing" the window 

OBSERVED RESULT
The background flicks for one second when maximizing and "de-maximizing", blur
is disabled and you can see through it. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Blur should remain enabled at all times when trying to manipulate the window's
dimensions
