RESOLVED UPSTREAM means that it's an upstream bug (NVIDIA's bug in this case);
it should be reported to the NVIDIA
Currently NVIDIA does not support >8 bits per color properly in their driver
You could check if wide color gamut is enabled with `kscreen-doctor -o` and
disable it with `kscreen-doctor output.1.wcg.disable` where 1 is the display ID
