It might need a setting, as inline creation would not allow to create a
hierarchy of files, might group it with the inline renaming setting.
And plasma/dolphin/kio will to be follow the setting (probably as the renaming
setting does.
I.e it would be more basic.
This has my preference over https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=493354.
